The wheels themselves were totally fine, no real complaints there. But the return policy felt a little strict, and I had to keep checking the fees and timing so I didn’t mess anything up. It wasn’t horrible or anything, actually kind of straightforward once I figured it out, but also not exactly what I’d call easy.

I ordered a wheel and tire package, the balancing was way off. I’m not being picky here, the truck was shaking badly once I got over 55 mph. After spending that much, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect them to be ready to go. I ended up paying a local shop to rebalance everything, which was frustrating

It took longer than I expected, I was hoping it would be a little faster. Everything was fine in the end, just had to be more patient than I planned.

Got the wheels in. They were mostly fine. Packaging wasn’t great though. Boxes had dents and one corner was beat up. Nothing was really damaged, thankfully. Still, for the price, I expected more padding. Not bad. Just average.

I found some wheels I really liked, but after clicking around a bit, a few of the sizes ended up showing as out of stock. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it felt like a preventable inconvenience. I just wish the inventory info was shown more clearly upfront...

I got my wheels during a discount promo and felt like I had just pulled off the deal of the century. The code worked perfectly at checkout, no drama, no random glitches, which was a huge relief. Shipping wasn’t lightning-fast or anything, but it also wasn’t painfully slow, so I survived. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the sale details were a little clearer because I did spend a minute wondering if I was missing something, but overall I’m really happy with the price I paid.

I was really hoping this would be resolved by now, but unfortunately it still isn’t fixed. I’ve checked it a few times to make sure I wasn’t missing something or doing something wrong on my end, but the same issue is still there. At this point it’s just kind of frustrating because I expected the problem to be taken care of already, and I’m still waiting for an actual fix
